How delivery and refunds work for our downloads and paperback.

Digital downloads (Payhip)
Our printable sheets and PDFs are delivered instantly: after payment, Payhip emails you a secure download link and shows the files on the confirmation screen. There's nothing to post — you print at home.
Refunds on downloads
Because digital products are delivered immediately and can't be returned, we ask you to choose carefully. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the normal 14-day right to cancel does not apply once a download has begun with your consent. That said, we want you happy: if a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, contact us within 14 days at enquiries.planespottinguk@gmail.com and we'll fix it or refund it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
The paperback log book (Amazon)
Our Ultimate Plane Spotters Log Book is sold and shipped by Amazon. Delivery times, returns and refunds for the paperback are handled under Amazon's own returns policy — manage it from your Amazon account.
